ICP Networks web guru Bob Scott was the star turn at his own surprise double celebration.
The ICP Networks web guru was caught off guard as the ICP Networks team threw a surprise double party to celebrate his 60th birthday and 10th anniversary with the IT and Networking specialists.
Rather than book a musician to serenade him they provided him instead with a stunning new guitar and then prompted him to perform an off the cuff rendition of Led Zeppelin classic ‘Stairway to Heaven’ using a birthday present that left him speechless.
And if any of the ICP Networks team were unaware of Bob’s musical ability and his love for Led Zeppelin they are now!
His was given a stunning Led Zeppelin rare box sets and a guitar that allowed him to show off his considerable talent.

Led Zeppelin fan Bob was presented with the ultimate present, four Super Deluxe box sets containing CD and rare vinyl with a card for high-definition digital download, a hardcover book about the album, high quality prints of the original album cover.

To compliment the four albums Bob was presented with a Taylor ¾ size mahogany guitar and the ultimate for coffee fans, a stunning Nespresso machine to ensure he can play his music long into the night!
For Bob the gifts, cards and surprise party were almost too much! He thought he had only visited the ICP Networks headquarters, Britain’s greenest IT HQ, for an internal meeting.
He works remotely from the ICP Networks Staffordshire office but the party and gifts proved the trip was well worth the effort for this music loving web guru.
Bob said: “I was totally blown away, I had absolutely no idea and I can’t tell the team at ICP Networks just what this means to me, it is quite overwhelming!
“I have never enjoyed working anywhere as much as I do at ICP Networks, Matt has created a company that is exceptionally good at what it does but also has a ginormous heart and this is something I will never, ever forget.
“The box set is totally amazing, it’s means so much to me and the guitar is beautiful, we are going to spend a lot of time together!”
