Well there are many reasons we can all be late for work…. I myself have a multitude of reasons & excuses, shhhh. But for more than a year my reasons for being late have fell on deaf ears! Finally, vindication for me not getting to work in time to sell Cisco equipment, and at time any Cisco Recycling has had to wait too. The reason has been a vast array of improvement to a very short stretch of road, and a new Waitrose. Surprisingly, the Waitrose went in without too much aggravation. But shortly after, the roads were dug up again, and new works commenced. I am sure they are all doing the best they can, and that has been recognized by BBC’s One Show awarding the Golden Cone for Britain’s worst roadworks to Poynton! See below 🙂 Keep smiling Poynton!
