In order to maintain our high standards of service, we check all Cisco Networking Hardware offered to us against the following criteria.
- NEW: ICP Ltd only define Cisco Networking Hardware that are unused and packed in brand new and factory-sealed boxes as NEW.
- NEW OPEN BOX: covers new and unused Cisco Networking Hardware which is packed and shipped in factory original boxes which have been opened or otherwise badly damaged, written on or excessively labelled.
- Cisco Networking Hardware which do not meet these criteria will be termed USED, or REFURBISHED (if applicable)
- All Cisco Networking Hardware purchased by ICP Ltd must arrive to us in good working order and include all of the associated items related to the product group, such as rack mounts and rails, GBIC’s, PSUs and installed memory.
