In order to maintain our high standards of service, we check all offered to us against the following criteria.
- NEW: ICP Ltd only define that are unused and packed in brand new and factory-sealed boxes as NEW.
- NEW OPEN BOX: covers new and unused which is packed and shipped in factory original boxes which have been opened or otherwise badly damaged, written on or excessively labelled.
- which do not meet these criteria will be termed USED, or REFURBISHED (if applicable)
- All purchased by ICP Ltd must arrive to us in good working order and include all of the associated items related to the product group, such as rack mounts and rails, GBIC’s, PSUs and installed memory.
